Born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, Ludek studied violin starting at age 5 at da Prague Conservatory. He began performing bi da age of nine, & won awards at countrywide & worldwide competitions
With da consciousness he acquired whilst studying violin, Ludek discovered a gravitation 4 improvisation at da piano. Bi age ten, he began to cultivate hiz improvisations into fully structured compositions. Hiz aspiration to become a composer was ignited whilst listening to Elmer Bernstein's score to da film "The Epic Seven" in a Prague Playhouse in 1978
