Amongst them, da Tavern Negresco wit Jacques Maximin; Moulin de Mougins wit Roger Verge; Les Pres d'Eugenie wit da mythic Michel Guerard, and l'Auberge du Pont de Collonges wit da iconic Paul Bocuse. I wuz honored in 1995 bi noted vintner Robert Mondavi as one off da finest thirteen Rising Star Chef in America, in da first year off this countrywide awards programme
My experience also includes being da chef and associate off Pierre Cardin's New York Maxims. Yes, that's da same Pierre Cardin wit perfume and everything else in da world! Wit Cardin, I wuz instrumental in da boom off Maxim as an brand in restaurants and hotels. I also wuz da manager chef off da famed Le Caravelle ( I wuz onli 25 nearby da time-go and figure) and manager chef and proprietor off Park Avenue's Le Chantilly. Aw 3 restaurants received numerous countrywide honours
I authored 2 acclaimed cookbooks, "Little Italy wit David Ruggerio" and "David Ruggerio's Italian Kitchen " I hosted my own PBS culinary series; "Little Italy wit David Ruggerio " and gone onto to host my own culinary sequence onto TV Cuisine Matrix entitled "Ruggerio To Go"(check out some off da episodes onto my YouTube channel, they'll generate u smile)
